Co-hosted with the Harvard Undergraduate Global Education Movement (HGEM), the HGEM Workshop in Innovation and Leadership Southeast Asia I (HWIL SEA I) is an intensive two-weekend-long program designed to provide our participants with a deep understanding of leadership and to equip them with practical skills they can take back and implement in their everyday lives. The program will cover topics such as leveraging our networks, collaborating efficiently with team members, effective public speaking, as well as engaging in critical thinking and problem solving.

At HWIL SEA I, you will have the chance to network with some of the most ingenious minds in the world, transform your knowledge into impact, and drive innovation in your local communities. Under the mentorship of current Harvard students, you will immerse yourself in discussions and interactive activities that will help you master the fundamentals of leadership and understand the key role effective leadership plays in fostering innovative thinking.
